* All knobs are hand-selected and custom made. If you send us an accurate sample of your colors, our team will hand-pick the best match to complement or contrast your decor. Our stones and hardware are of the finest quality and we stand by our work. If a knob should fail or break under normal usage, send it back and we will repair or replace your knob free for one year from the date of purchase.* We reserve the right to modify our prices. Prices are current as of catalog printing but are subject to change. We will gladly verify prices/availability via email, fax, or phone. We have taken every effort to ensure that this catalog is color-accurate. We state here that color shifts can occur in printing and that each stone and type can have color variations as they are a natural product. * Samples are available for purchase (stone only - no hardware) for color matching purposes. Please call/email customer service for more information. * Each knob is made to order. Orders usually take 2-3 weeks to process, however it can take longer depending on the availabilty of the product and our suppliers. Rush orders available on in stock items for an additional charge of $25.00 (non-refundable) in addition to normal S&H charges. Special orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for processing. * Returns on all Natural Knob products
must receive a Return Authorization Number to be accepted (call customer
service). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS.
